This flexible hot water booster pump comes in two primary structures to suit different needs. Models from TD32 to TD150 feature an extended shaft design, ideal for deep tank installations or where motor isolation from heat/moisture is needed. Larger models (TD200-TD300) utilize a back-pull-out easy to disassemble design with a cartridge mechanical seal, enabling seal replacement without removing the motor. It handles clean, non-aggressive liquids up to 110°C and operates at a maximum pressure of 12-16 bar, making it highly adaptable.

The primary application of this reliable hot water booster pump is in closed-loop systems for liquid transfer, pressure boosting, and circulation. It is perfectly suited for district heating systems (with appropriate water quality), HVAC circuits, and domestic hot water recirculation systems. The extended shaft models, in particular, excel in special installations like deep tanks or cooling tower basins, keeping the motor safely away from the liquid while optimizing shaft dynamics for reduced vibration and the potential for higher performance with larger impellers.
